Roadwidener BF 300
The BF 300 has been designed to solve all aspects of roadside work, such as road widening, hard shoulder work or cable and pipeline trench filling. All different types of soil, gravel grit and asphalt can be placed with the BF 300. The machine has a laydown capacity of 300 tons per hour and is the versatile machine for roadbuilders and civil engineers. The BF 300 is fitted with a 3 cylinder Perkins Diesel engine and has a powerful hydraulic system to operate the material belt, the strike of screed and individual angel of attack can be adjusted as well as accesoires.
Application: all asphalt mixes, lean concrete mixes, soil, gravel, sand, others.
Performance: 300 t/h, no auxiliary system required. The roadwidener has his own Hydraulic drive system. The laydown capacity is hydraulically adjustable, as well as the angel of inclination, pavement thickness etc.
Wheel loader requirement: any brand from 70 KW engine power to push the paver.The laydown process is continious. 5 km / per day of side roadbed is no problem. This system replaces the grader -or wheel excavator.
